We only accept VND (Vietnamese dong) and US dollars, prices may change due to sudden market value increase. The default currency unit on our website is set to VND (đ). When you pay in a different currency, the refund amount in case of cancellation or return will incur transaction fees or fees as regulated by Vietnamese banks. Especially in case of product returns, there will be a difference between the amount you paid and the amount refunded. Even in cases where ALAB is considered responsible for cancellation or return, we are not responsible for the fees mentioned above that are borne by customers. IMPORT TAX & TYPES OF TAXES CANCEL/CHANGE We do not accept any changes/ cancellations after the order is placed, except in cases where there is a discrepancy in the information provided during the ordering process, and within 12 hours of receiving the product. In the case that changes need to be made to the order or cancellation must be done due to unforeseeable circumstances, the customer will be responsible for a fee ranging from 10%-30% of the item's value depending on the time of return, but not exceeding 14 days from the date of receipt. After this period, the product will be assessed for its condition and a mutually agreed-upon solution will be reached between the two parties.
